We’re looking for special places to host the next Me Lo Merito experiences around the world.
Me Lo Merito started with a very simple question: what if you want to travel, but don’t know who to go with?
So we created the space we couldn’t find.
Me Lo Merito Collective creates small-group retreats for women who want to travel, meet new people and share beautiful experiences together. Think of it as the holiday you’d take with your friends — just with the friends you haven’t met yet. And every retreat starts with finding the right place.
We look for places with character.
Places that feel personal, welcoming and made for sharing — whether that’s a countryside villa, a small boutique hotel, a glamping surrounded by nature, a chalet in the mountains or somewhere we haven’t thought of yet.
We’re interested in properties across Italy and Europe that can host our small groups and become part of a Me Lo Merito experience.
Not necessarily the biggest. Not necessarily the fanciest.

What does a Me lo merito Retreat looks like?
Small groups of women, usually 6–9 guests, coming together for a few days somewhere worth discovering.
Every experience is different depending on the destination: hiking, surfing, cooking, ceramics, yoga, days by the sea, dinners around the same table.
The place we stay is never just somewhere to sleep.
It becomes part of the retreat.
